How the pro side works

1. Leads come in
Chicago homeowners hit our library, submit jobs, or book a virtual session. The ones that need a pro on-site become leads.
2. We pre-vet them
We confirm scope, address, and intent before passing it along. No tire-kickers. No 'just shopping price' calls.
3. You ballpark & close
Lead drops into your member inbox. You ballpark it, schedule, and bill the homeowner directly. We never touch the invoice.

Real territory
Nine pros across Chicago means each seat owns meaningful coverage. Not a lottery.

How the co-op is structured
Three roles per service area. A 12-lead weekly pool. A built-in safety valve for the jobs that wear you down.
Guy on the Ground
GRP-A representative. Schedule intentionally kept open to step in on opt-outs and overflow. Territory is lightly marketed by design.
Primary Member
The largest allotment in the rotation. First call on most weekly leads in the assigned territory.
Secondary Member
Steady second-position allotment. Leads beyond the 12-lead pool open up half-price, pay-as-you-go to all members.
What we need from you
GRP Chicago is a marketplace, not a contractor. You operate as an independent business. By accepting leads you confirm — under your own attestation — that you carry every license, permit, bond, and insurance policy required for the work you take on.
Marketplace disclaimer
GRP Chicago does not perform plumbing work, does not employ pros, and is not a party to the contract between you and the homeowner. Pros who upload license & insurance documents receive a "Verified" badge visible to homeowners. Homeowners are shown a disclosure that some Illinois plumbing work requires a licensed plumber and are directed to verify credentials before hiring. Misrepresentation of license status is grounds for immediate removal.
