I'm Yusuf, founder and owner-operator of GRP Chicago. My name is on the co-op, my truck's on the job list (GOG tier, capped at 2 jobs a week), and my reputation is on this page.

Here's what I commit to, in public:

• No gouging. If a customer is overcharged and we can't defend the invoice against our own pricing guide, we refund the difference. Every time.
• Promises we make about lead volume, we honor. Any member pro who falls under their tier's monthly floor exits the seat fee free — no contracts, no clawbacks.
• These numbers stay honest. This page reads directly from the database. I don't get to hand-edit it before you see it.
• When we miss, we say so. A monthly report goes to admin on the 1st. Misses get logged here in plain language, not buried.
• An independent panel gets first look. Once the co-op has a stable roster, one pro and one customer see the raw monthly numbers before I publish them — and they can call BS.
